Goal & Objectives
- Align documentation updates lock step with release cycles
- Reduce noise to unify and clarify internal knowledge pre-release
- Reduce cross-team check-ins, friction, and errors
- Establish end-to-end knowledge sharing workflows
My Role & Approach
Architected Notion databases, templates, and linked systems; facilitated adoption across teams without formal authority.
Key Deliverables
- Feature-focused docs tracker linked to product roadmaps
- Visual effects development dashboard with use compendium
- Project management tracking for user facing program support
Results & Impact
- Created centralized Notion-based single source of truth aligning documentation, roadmaps, and cross-functional teams across four products
- Standardized visual effects workflows and best-practice tracking, reducing misalignment errors and accelerating update cycles
- Enabled consistent internal knowledge flow to creators, indirectly improving support quality and feature adoption
- Reduced cross-team friction and operational drag in rapid iteration cycles
