A non-profit organization needed help to asynchronously track event design and volunteer contributions when pivoting an annual event to a Minecraft digital twin format due to COVID restraints.
Goal & Objectives

My Role & Approach
Created Sheets/Forms/Slides systems; managed coordination.
Key Deliverables
- Action oriented stakeholder packets (Slides + Forms)
- Content and contribution tracking spreadsheets (Sheets + Forms)
Results & Impact
- Built scalable Google Workspace system that coordinated distributed volunteers across asynchronous roles for large Minecraft-based nonprofit events
- Created integrated workflows (forms, spreadsheets, shared docs) that tracked contributions, approvals, and progress, enabling visibility for nonprofit stakeholders
- Delivered consolidated operational packets providing full transparency into volunteer outputs and backend structure during pandemic-driven digital pivots
- Ensured reliable event execution under remote constraints, supporting high-impact virtual experiences (MLK March, racial justice builds) with minimal administrative drag
