The Challenge

Visual effects development was inconsistent and lacked organization across updates, making bugs and new features hard to track. Creators lacked guidance for best practices.

Goal & Objectives

  • Facilitate internal knowledge sharing to benefit public users
  • Standardize visual effect sub-parameter development
  • Shift update and bug tracking to cross version for clearer picture

My Role & Approach

Key Deliverables

  • Internal dashboard for art team and third party dev collaboration
  • Built-in internal compendium of best uses for production team
  • Public facing documentation improvements

Results & Impact

  • Built Notion dashboard + creative use compendium standardizing visual effects workflows across art, dev, and level design
  • Improved bug/change tracking and best-practice flow to creators, raising consistency and quality
